KVKK Notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to explain the processing of personal data collected through the website and contact forms.
Data Controller

If the registered trade name differs from EMC Decor, the registered trade name specified in official application and contractual documents shall apply.
Data and Collection Method
Your full name, telephone number or preferred contact detail, and optional project message are collected electronically when entered into web forms or transmitted via telephone, email, or WhatsApp. Limited technical records (such as IP address, request timestamp, and browser details) may be generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure for site security.
Purposes and Legal Bases
Contact data is processed to respond to enquiries, evaluate project requirements, schedule surveys, prepare estimates, and manage potential service contracts. Legal bases rely on Article 5/2(c) of the KVKK (directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2(f) (legitimate interests of the controller, provided fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed). Security logs rely on legitimate interests in service security and protection of rights; records required by statute rely on Article 5/2(a) and (ç).
Recipients and International Data Transfers
Data may be shared, strictly as required to provide services, with authorised EMC Decor personnel, Cloudflare as hosting provider, and the Telegram Bot API used to relay enquiry notifications. These service providers may process data outside Türkiye. International transfers are conducted pursuant to Article 9 of the KVKK (adequacy decisions, appropriate safeguards, or statutory exceptions). Information is disclosed to competent public authorities only when mandated by law.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained for as long as necessary to address your request and potential legal claims. Contractual, accounting, and statutory records are retained for periods specified by applicable legislation. Data is erased, destroyed, or anonymised once legal obligations and processing purposes expire.
Rights Under Article 11
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if processed; learn the purpose and whether processing matches that purpose; know third-party recipients in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where conditions are met and notification to third-party recipients; object to adverse results from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.
Application Procedure
You may submit a written application specifying your identity and request to Veliefendi, Prof. Dr. Turan Güneş Cd. No:95, 34025 Zeytinburnu / Istanbul, Türkiye, or via email to info@emcdecor.com using an email address previously registered in our system. Applications are processed within the statutory maximum of 30 days. If the request incurs additional costs, the tariff established by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
